Bike The Whites Dining

Tours start on Tuesday at The 1785 Inn at the Intervale Scenic Vista overlooking the Saco River Valley up to Mount Washington at a historical marker for the White Mountain School of Art which often painted the view.

On Wednesday, you will ride to you will ride to the Inn at Crystal Lake in the tiny village of Eaton. Recommended by the Boston Globe, the Inn at Crystal Lake's menu features New England Regional Cuisine using the freshest ingredients possible and local products when they are available. Each dish is prepared to showcase the flavor and quality of the ingredients. Menus change seasonally, however on any given night, participants might start with a hearty homemade chili and then sample entrées such as Filet Mignon with Bleu cheese butter or Sea Scallops in a sage-sherry-mushroom cream sauce. If the timing is right, you might be there for one of the Inn's popular Opera themed dinners as highlighted on the Boston's television news show "Chronicle".

On Thursday, you'll ride to The Darby Field Inn on a quiet hillside with a stunning view of the Presidential Mountains.  After a long day on the road, sooth your muscles with a massage (for one or two - please reserve in advance),
commune with nature amongst our perennial flower gardens, or get into the swim of things in our heated pool. 
Dine in style, with entrees such as rack of lamb Persillade and roasted Wisconsin duckling, or choose from one of Chef Dave’s innovative creations, offered as nightly specials.
Quench your thirst in our tavern with a local beer,  or compliment your meal with a bottle from our International wine list. After a restful night in your room with a view, start your day right with our hearty breakfast and perhaps a stroll on our wooded trails before heading out for another day on the scenic roads of the White Mountains.


The final day's ride brings you back to your starting point at The 1785 Inn.
